Landmark Victory For Kaye Client

A Melbourne woman has won a landmark legal victory that means she will not have to repay $15,000 she borrowed to finance a Henry Kaye property investment seminar.
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal released Telstra worker Diane Agussol from liability for a loan she took with Australian Finance Direct to pay for the Kaye course.Student Numbers Tumble
